Project Details

This mixed-use facility includes a Continuing Care Retirement Community providing 144 units of Independent Living, 80 units of Assisted Living, and 32 Rehabilitation rooms, along with 38,000 sq. ft. of retail space. It is located in Fountain Hills, Arizona, within the Scottsdale market area. It has direct views of the lake with the largest civic fountain in the western US.

Services

Americana Development began from the inception with a site selection process throughout southwestern Arizona. We provided full development services including multiple market studies and site acquisition. Land studies included site survey, phase 1 environmental, geological studies, and traffic study.

We worked closely with the Town of Fountain hills throughout the entitlement process to develop a project that met the goals of the development team and local officials.

Our project document efforts included the development of detailed civil site plans and a private park along with numerous plans and fully developed plans for Senior Living, Rehab and Clubhouse buildings. The project site also included space for a 30,000 sq. ft. medical building and 8,000 sq. ft. retail center.
