Beginning more than 30 years ago, Dan began his career working for the family development business as a tradesman and then progressing into construction management. After several years of gaining valuable experience in the business, he left to continue growth in other aspects of project development and management. Initially worked as a superintendent for a regional general contractor and then an ultra-high-end custom home builder.

Dan eventually formed his own consulting firm, Project Control & Development, Inc., making its start by developing software to manage all aspects of construction practices and procedures for Kaiser Permanente; ultimately serving as a Senior Project manager and managing his own staff while providing 17 years of service operating in every Kaiser facility in California.

During the last 15 years, Dan’s firm has provided project management services to the County of Los Angeles. After demonstrated experience managing projects with values exceeding $1 Billion, working closely with project stakeholders, under the banner of Americana Development & Building Co., LLC, Dan is returning to his roots in the development business. His hands-on experience, which has been the hallmark of Dan’s career, will be of great value to any venture.
