About Ron Badraun
For the past 35 years, Ron has been involved in the construction industry. His experience covers a broad spectrum of projects and roles. He began as a tradesman and worked his way through foreman, superintendent, project manager, and ultimately as a business owner. His project portfolio includes over $200 million dollars of single-family, custom homes, multi-unit residential and commercial projects, with work in both new and renovation work.
Ron has also participated in direct management and ownership roles in numerous development projects throughout his tenure. Ron’s expertise also includes providing expert analysis for construction defect disputes. This depth of experience demonstrates that he is infinitely qualified to develop large projects and ensure successful outcomes. Ron possesses a Class KB-1 general contractor’s license (including commercial buildings) both in California and Arizona.
